The cashiers (via front liners) enter the actual sales transactions of the customer using this module. It uses the barcode technology by having a barcode interface that allows it to read SKU codes (EAN-13) quickly. This speeds up the entire sales transaction process thereby minimizing customer-waiting time. Entry of payment and tender processing are accomplished within a minimal number of keystrokes only. Usage and operation of the POS System can be learned in one short training session and does not require extensive computer literacy from the user (employee).
